The Otago Central Rail Trail

This 150 km trail runs from Clyde to Middlemarch and is the original Great Ride. The trail offers incredibly varied scenery, and you will enjoy delicious local food and wine along the way. As you ride the trail, you will come across a variety of local vineyards, and food producers that showcase the diverse flavours of the area. From rich, full-bodied reds to crisp whites, there is a wine to suit every taste. The Roxburgh Gorge Trail

This stunning trail takes you along the Clutha River and through the rugged Roxburgh Gorge. The Queenstown Trail

This stunning trail takes you from Queenstown to Arrowtown and offers staggering views of the Southern Alps, Lake Wakatipu and the Shotover River. Lake Dunstan Trail

The Lake Dunstan Trail is the new kid on the block. A ride which starts and finishes in character filled small villages where food, wine, coffee and galleries dominate the streetscape and vineyards fill the surrounding hills. There is the option for tastings at Carrick Winery, a winery you can’t avoid as the trail passes through their manicured grounds. The ride becomes more spectacular as it winds its way through to the Clutha Gorge and here you will find the novelty of a floating coffee and burger boat conveniently located at the base of a steep climb.
