All prices (except for the Vietnam and Japan tours) are in New Zealand or Australian Dollars as specified,
are valid until April 30, 2014 and include New Zealand Goods and Services Tax.

Bookings will be confirmed and held on receipt of a deposit by Adventure South or your booking agent.
The deposit is $NZ 500 per trip or $NZ 300 per person for Otago Rail Trail Classic & Explorer, Molesworth Cycle, Alps to Ocean Cycle & Victoria Rail Trail Cycle.
If you are joining a combination trip, the deposit is multiplied by the number of trips within the combo i.e Mountains and Glaciers equates to two trips, therefore the deposit is 2 x $NZ 500 per person.
Payment in full must be received 60 days prior to departure.

Methods of Payment: We accept Visa and Mastercard or cash, cheque and money order (note – a surcharge is applicable on balance payments made by credit card).

Clients are urged to take out the necessary travel insurance to guard against the unexpected. If, at any stage, you experience unexpected changes to your schedule, please call and discuss these matters, either with your booking agent, or alternatively, contact us directly.
Single supplement accommodation is available at some lodges, however, the trips are organised and priced on a twin share basis.
